Complaint no-1212-[protected]. Not getting service from past 2 months i have purchased a dvd player on[protected] after 7 months is not working but dvd player in 1 year warranty so i have a complaint registered 2 months ago. still no one from customer care have not reverted with solution. i always purchase onida products for my home. but now am scared to go for any product. i have called customer care almost 20 times on[protected] service centre guys said your product spare part not available in company. please tell what i do, go to consumer court.
