Onida DVD Hdr 5533 — onida product and service hopeless | |||
Hi I am Abraham Samuel from Bangalore totally dissatisfied with your product onida dvd hdr 5533 as well as service after sales. i purchased it on 21.05.12 in Bangalore Pai international Bannerghatta road. we did not use it for One and half month. not a single day i use it. because of my sisters marriage in our house. one day we thought to play DVD but it was showing no disc. we tried again and again.but we got same result. so i called to customer care[protected] in Bangalore Wilson garden. on 27th September. they came and attended me on 5th October. manjunath and harsha came and told, lence is spoiled so we will replace it give us two - three days. but they took totally 38 days. manjunath came on 08.11.2012 and replaced the new lence but same problem occurred. so he took the DVD on the same day. till date they did not rectify my DVD `s problem and still they says that, they send today or tomorrow. mean time i called manger raju and deshpande. they told us we will send today or tomorrow but nobody turned up. my complaint number is [protected]. they took my DVD player but i called them 200 -300 times on [protected] to mr raju and mr deshpande still telling lie and now a days they just ignoring me and not answering my call.
