[Resolved] Elica — Burner and Mixing tube has gone bad

Hi,

We had purchased Elica Gas Cook Top ( Power Plus 1C - CT Vefro H60 Slim AI Cook Top), from elica dealer, SVR Enterprise, Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore on 21-Jan-2013, and they say its life time warranty.

But now one of the burner out of 4 burner, has gone bad and we had called Service person, he is telling mixing tube has gone bad and we need to pay for that, which cost around 1000/-.

In spite of elica saying life time warranty, why we should pay for that.

Please help us in fixing this problem and do needful.

Please find the Serial number, which elilca team asked to check warrany check, over phone.
