I had requested for birth declaration of my daughter Riya Anna Regi, who was born after my retirement through District Soldier Board, Pathanamthitta, Kerala-689645 but the copy of part-II order published was not yet received. However I had requested for ECHS card vide registration No. [protected] as attached and found it verified and card printed and received the OTP for collection but card is not releasing to none o[censored]s due to lack of part-II order number of my child.
