My name is prasenjit mondal p[censored]an no. Is[protected], member id is mhban[protected]b0005 and claim id is mhban[protected]. I have submitted my claim docs on 14th december 2018. After that 24 th january 2019 claim is rejected due to wrong entry. Form-31 (Epf advance) re-entry done on 24 th jan 2019 but till date claim status is showing is under process.
