Dear sir,
My name is prasenjit mondal p[censored]an no. Is[protected], member id is mhban[protected]b0005 and claim id is mhban[protected]. I have submitted my claim docs on 14th december 2018. After that 24 th january 2019 claim is rejected due to wrong entry. Form-31 (Epf advance) re-entry done on 24 th jan 2019 but till date claim status is showing is under process.
I request you to kindly see the matter on urgent basis.br...

I have leftmy job from Tata-Aig Life insurance co ltd. I have sent PF form but till date i have not receive the PF till date. I have written mail to bandra office regards to this but till now no reply from their end!!!

I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on Nov 30, 2010 to the regional providend fund commissioner 341, Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 80 days to get credited into my account.
