EPRS Buysmart — About buysmart eprs

I am distributor of eprs buysmart distributor code eprsez01327 from last 4 year. I had rs 22698/-balance in my account till day there is message of "insufficient amount balance in id". My all retailers account 's balance are also same problem, they also couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart's sales executive there are no proper answer. And not received call. So how to release my balance.
