Eprs buysmart — eprs company have blocked our balance. They are cheating us.

I am distributor of eprs buysmart (Distributor no-[protected]). I have 10500 rs. Balance in my account & dealer network. From last 5 months company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, after every transaction there is message of "insufficient balance" or "topop server down".

When we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call miss. Nikital who is our sales executive she tells us that "deposite new balance and restart business" than they will refund our blocked balance in installments. Like that company cheats everyone
