EPRS Buysmart — Eprs buysmart blocked balance and amount

I am distributor of eprs buysmart distributor code EZ04818 from last 4-5 year. I had rs 44323/-balance in my account and 23658/- balance in my delear till day there is message of "insufficient amount balance in id". My all retailers account 's balance are also same problem, they also couldn't use their balance. After it i contacted with buysmart's sales executive there are no proper answer. So how to release my balance.
this balance blocked by buysmart. executive speak you add new money, i have given 10% from old balance but its not given..
so please help me and my dealer
