EPRS Buysmart — My Rs 64000/- payment hanged up by the buysmart company.

I am distributor of eprs buysmart from last 2year but now they blocked my all services. Mine 64000/-amount of money have been hanged up. I have called up today to the customer care number they are telling to me update more money in the account. After than only it will be refunded to u.
I have no money to update.
They have told me to wait For 1month after than only they return with interest.
So for one month no business. Mine shop is closed.
They have done wrong things to all to dealer. They have lost faith.
