Order #256, paid rs. 15280/-, order placed on 29-jun-16 for an iphone6. prior to placing the order, customer care representative was in touch names were; aashiya, bhoomika, and on phone manish, the talks were felt like genuine... they even offered clarifications how they could deliver the product with a discount of 20%, pointing out that its a start-up so trying to attract the sale after removing all the profits and reducing the overheads etc... However, the order was not delivered in due time; which was promised after several contacts with the customer care as 14-jul-16. It looks like a fraudulent e-commerce practice, and the payments were made thro 'payubiz' a payment gateway in question as well... Was this information helpful? | |||||
