I was hired by gm360 for taking calls and chats of customers for eshopping bazaar. Gm360 address rajpur road, dehradun person name ajay ph:[protected] to work from home along with 4 of my colleagues, they said that eshoppingbazaar.In was their client. Ajay was the only point of contact for us. And at the time of hiring one hr lady called us and took our interview and after that they used to contact us through skype for all training and support purpose. They told us to tell the customer made up lines to create trust so that customer buys our product and all will be integrated soon and they are working on developing this company one by one. Whenever we questioned anything they replied very rudely to us. And as days passed, customer started compaining about product not delivered to them. We told eshopping bazaar through skype (Only point of contact to them) that products are not getting delivered to customers. They kept asking us to tell customers that there is a logistic delay and it will be delivered soon. We obeyed and said the same. When things became worse we suspected them and we all stopped taking calls and chats and demanded them to return customers money and pay us salary for the work we have done. They never responded. They ran away with all the money. They are one of the biggest frauds and cheats. They have robbed the money of innocent people and even never paid us for our work. More than my salary, i feel pity for all those customers hard earned money and blind trust which has been lost because of these frauds. Am mainly writing this to inform all those people who are reading this, please do not be a victim of online frauds, please check the genuinity of the website before investing into it. Dont get fooled by unrealistic discounts and lose your money on it. They shud be caught and given the highest punishment possible.
