I have ordered a play station 3 for my nephew from eshoppingbazaar.In and paid rs 14280 from axis bank debit card on 10th july 2016 and has been told by customer care personnel that order will reach me in 5 to 7 days.

They have failed to deliver my order and in also they have removed their website. All customer care executives are also claiming that owner is fraud and cheater and they have also been duped of their salaries.

I have attached my bill along with the post.

As a resolution i want my whole money back.
