We are an E-Commerce startup based in Hyderabad with expanding business, and with lots of promise from the company salesman we bought an Essae Weighing Machine with Barcode printer,
They delivered us a faulty machine wrapped in new packaging, they then took a CPU unit to bangalore for 2 weeks and said there is an issue and finally delivered the machine, after the first sticker roll was over again the machine was not printing, in-spite of repeated calls no one cared to resolve, we are stuck with a useless machine worth Rs.45, 000
big waste of time money and patience.
