Hello there,
We have bought epson receipt printer a year ago. On the actual invoice, it says that that the printer is covered with warranty for 3 years but when we have called the customer service guy named venkat, he was so rude to me and my staff and refused to replace or fix the printer machine by saying that it is not in warranty. He also hung up the call while we were talking. Seriously, improve the standard of customer service and listen to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
