Hello there,
We have bought epson receipt printer a year ago. On the actual invoice, it says that that the printer is covered with warranty for 3 years but when we have called the customer service guy named venkat, he was so rude to me and my staff and refused to replace or fix the printer machine by saying that it is not in warranty. He also hung up the call while we were talking. Seriously, improve the standard of customer service...

We are an E-Commerce startup based in Hyderabad with expanding business, and with lots of promise from the company salesman we bought an Essae Weighing Machine with Barcode printer,
They delivered us a faulty machine wrapped in new packaging, they then took a CPU unit to bangalore for 2 weeks and said there is an issue and finally delivered the machine, after the first sticker roll was over again the machine was not printing, in-spite...
