[Resolved]  Eureka Aquaguard — Cheating by Service Technician

Hello there,

One of the service person from Eureka Forbes who use to visit our home for the service, one day offered the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and took 4000 Rupees and gave the Bill Receipt.

Later on, he dint turn up, not answering phone also. Upon enquiring found that he left the job and heard that Aqua Guard company has given Bill Paid Receipt Book to many Service Technicians to cheat the customer like us. So many technicians are out on the Road to Cheat Customer, taking Money, Giving Receipt and Doing Nothing later.

If you phone Eureka Forbes, Aqua Guard, they dont take any action and simply they say, we cannot do anything as they have left job.

Seems that both Aqua Guard and 100's of Service Technicians who have been provided the Bill Paid Receipt Book are working Hand in Glove, earning lot of money, cheating customer. Be Aware and Please don’t buy any of the Aqua Guard Products in Future.

In the beginning they are ok and later they will show their colors and they cheat.

I had asked for the aquaguard service on April 10 and the technician named NATARAJ b h has come broken the circuit board and kept our aquaguard aside and left and has not returned after that i have eureka forbes customer care so many times they keep saying g they will send and don't send anybody and the technician has returned on July 1 after almost 3 months with the rectified circuit board which is not in a working condition and left and has told its the company's fault they never get the spare parts it might take another 2 to 3 months i have also got the AMC contract done and we have not been using the aquaguard its not even our fault the this how eureka forbes treat their customers
