I had purchased an AMC for 2 years for my product and was given to understand that I would get cartridge replaced twice in the two year contract along with free service.
I have raised a request twice for servicing. The first time no one turned up and the ticket was closed. The second time a person visited her opened my machine asked me to make a video and send it to his boss. He then without doing anything closed the ro system and said he would cover back once the cartridge arrives.
A month passed and I followed up on the phone number in which he had asked me to send them video. When I called the person whom I had sent the video I got to know that the service ticket was closed. When I asked about the replacement I was told that the replacement was already done under amc which is good true. There is some goo[censored]p as your service centers have changed without proper handover and I'm suffering because my ro isn't working
I have been following up multiple times following up on email with subject line Re: Ref- EFL1777795: Bad Service/ product
I have escalated it to their Escalations teams that includes [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in with no luck. Everytime they callback assure that the relevant team would get back and go ahead and course the ticket without resolution. Was this information helpful? |
