I have raised the first request pertaining to servicing of filter(Reviva) on 13th May, 2014.After that got a call from delegated agent and he asked me about the detail.As after the talk he came to know that it may require some replacement of filter parts, he started saying same is not available right now.Initially, it looked like he is ignoring but even after repeated(almost daily) follow up there is no response .Even the call center folks guided me couple of occasion to call some higher management guy by providing the cell no.Not sure, whether this job should be done by them or me but even i called them, they were none responsive.
Therefore, please help me to fix the issue ASAP as in our end it is really troublesome that even after week of raising the issue nothing has been done.
