I have raised a request for free service as promised from eureka, they send some technician after a month after the warranty expired and that technician did bad service your completely working machine is not working right after the service, we called him back for the same he said he will come then he just blocked us.
2nd part - I again raised a service request, bocz water purifier is stopped working. its been 15 days they sent no one, even after regular follow-ups every 2 days i have done nearly 8 calls to your service no solution.
Is this how you provide service? you should be ashamed of this. your tricking the customer for buying extra service by corrupting the working products? If this is the case for some one in metro cities what is case for Urben service they don't even know about such scams you are up to.
I regret buying your product now, I do understand machines go wrong but you intentionally doing all this just for sales and AMC is the worst thing. and not responding even after follow ups?
Eureka Forbes has worst service and I will never recommend this product to any one I will do post the same in social media. learn to value a customer money share this with your higher management people who are part of this. Was this information helpful? |
