Recently I had a problem with my Aqua Guard water filter RO which was bought before 5 years. I contacted a service executive in Chennai and he shared a mobile number [protected]. This person is Damodharan who worked with Aquaguard before 2 years. He visited my home and replaced all my filters and the taste of the water didn’t change even 10%. On installing the filters there was a leak and he was unable to repair / replace a small part. He informed us he will be back and upon repeated times of reminder he didn’t turn up. After 15 days I called the customer care, they informed this guy is not from Aquaguard. The filter he replaced is not original it was local duplicate. He has charged me 4800 Rs and now it’s a lost. I replaced the original filters with the company person and it was not working excellent. Was this information helpful? | |||
