Eureka Forbes — Aeroguard air filter (ACTON) | |||
I bought a air filter (ACTON) from Eureka forbes last week. The new unit did not power up, hence filed a complaint the same day. Till now no response to my complaint. I sent an email to customer care to replace my unit, no response. The response over phone is equally bad, pretty much standard answer (we will respond in 24 hrs) every time you make a call. Eureka forbes is horrible, I think the money back guarantee (30-day) is a false promise. Was this information helpful? | |||

I m deepmala Krahera I have purchase aeroguard with action on 1sst Nov I still I don't get it installation done .. Even my freebie is missing as they committed on online purchase. A sipper will be free but I don't get .. I put request for that they gave me docket no 93485812. .. But I don't get call from anyone from eureka Forbes...
