I am using reviva for more than 10 years now. This year on 09 january we had called the aquaguard professionals to change the filter and the person changed the same. After getting the filter replaced there was a loud sound coming from motor, for which the guy told he would visit us to check the same, but never turned up. Now on 2nd week of may the machine stopped working. We tried calling on the numbers mentioned on the sticker available on filter which that guy that sticked (Jummana-[protected] & balaram-[protected]). I opened and checked the external filter and came to know it’s not original (Aquaguard) filter they had fixed. I am not sure about internal filter what he has used. We were trying to call above-mentioned number. 1st instance both numbers someone picked up and asked for the location, but nobody turned up. We tried calling again, now the numbers are switchedoff. So far no response. Never call these number (Jummana-[protected] & balaram-[protected]) for fixing the aqua guard. Please be careful about these guys Was this information helpful? | |||
