Akhand pratap singh is a fraud and neither did eureka forbes inform us about this. This man duped us with the contract of 4.5k you guys suck. Akhand sent his technician to my house for the service and all that the guy did was he took out the filter from the aquaguard, rinsed it and put the same thing back again while they are supposed to be replacing it with a brand new filter.
