[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — amc extension | |||
, in dec 2017 i purchased magna r. O. Vide invoice no.[protected] dated[protected], in exchange of reviva, which was in 2 years amc, valid from march 2017 to 2019. The paid amout rs.7400/- app. Those sales person anand mobil no.[protected], said the amc will be extended for new equipment to compensate the amount which i paid for old unit. I received a confirmation mail from area sales manager. Punithan, Stating that amc will be extended. Now the magna device stopped working, service person refused to attend, as their is no intimation of any extension, and guarantee period is over. My gst no. Is not included in my invoice, as promised by anand, i lost tax amount, which is claimable for me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier in the month of may 2018 and it stopped working today as no mandatory service was done by the company .Even the complaint that has been raised in the month of November 2018 has been closed by them without notification.
I request you take appropriate actions against them .
