Dear ms. Deepa, I really do not appreciate such late responses, especially during such hard times when families need to take utmost care of drinking water hygiene. While the country is aware of eureka forbes as a reputed establishment, it is shockingly surprising that you do not heed to complaints even if it has to be an immediate email response "only". Can you give me one reason, why you could not respond to my complaint by a return email? Do you think covid 19 can be a hindrance to return email responses? Why should one patronize your product after your cold reactions? When does your company plan to improve proactive customer services? Also, does your company not consider "safe drinking water" as an essential / critical item even if there is a lock down? Please be informed that the entire world is mostly on a wfh mode but drinking water is essential to life and we expect your company's sensibilities towards this. Please be informed, that i have been using your water filters since year 2003 and this year amc with you has a two year validity. I am seriously thinking to switch over to your competition, soon after i am done with your product.
