[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — AMC services not provided since last one year | |||
i have services contract receipt for providing after sale services from 25/02/2014 to 24/02/2016 and contract number is 22996797. Nobody have come for servicing of Aquasure (aquaguard) . i have tried to contact them for last 3 weeks and nobody is coming. i have contact number of [protected] of mohan naik and [protected] of mr Lal. I have called them every two days in last 3 weeks and they are giving me different reasons for not coming. Initially they were telling me that my contract details was not there in the system and for 4 days they are telling me that they don't have filters of my aquasure . they will get it next month by 5th of June. could you please advice why its taking so much time to providing services. please provide some solution to it asap and if you cant provide service in next two days. please give my money back.
