We bought an Aqua guard water purifier on[protected] and the same has already been repaired 4-6 times for water leakage. Still the leakage issue is not resolved. The product is still under warranty.
We are extremely unsatisfied with the product we bought and repeatedly requested the dealer to replace the machine if it cannot be fixed properly. However, the dealer is not cooperative and says that the company does not have any replacement policy even for faulty products. But as per the consumer rights if you cannot fix a product under warranty you have to replace it.
