[Resolved] Eureka Forbes - Aquagaurd — Poor Service & Response

My Aquagaurd RO purifier is under breakdown for more than 15 days. The RO system is under AMC till May 2016.
No response from service branch and poor service history in current particular Service branch.
Unable to get help from nearest branch. So i want to cancel the AMC and get the refund for the useless product and Support.
