Sir/mam I have insured my aquagaurd eureka forbes in july 2017 and the candle that filters the water got torn in october '17 only. I have been chasing the team since then and no issue has been resolved yet. The service man came in october and declared that the candle has been torn. Since then i am chasing them to get this replaced and now when its been february'18 the team tells me that they dont replace candles and instead told the service man to deny the fact that it has been ever torned. Sir i cant pay for this again. What would be the benifit for me to give the insurance amount to the company when i have to pay for damages they made. Me and my family, my kids are drinking dirty and yellow water since october. I trust you and hope to get a redressal as soon as possible as its effecting health condition s of my family.
