For last two months the inlet hose of the purifier got damaged. I have contact the Suri (West Bengal) dealer over phone and also the technician who provide the service in our area, but none of them provide any service to me . Whether they are everytime saying the problem will be solved within two days. My purifier is out of service for these two months. I have faced a very bad customer service from the dealer.
