I had purchased a aquaguard crystal plus from croma, vashi, navi mumbai on 16th october 2017 with 2 years additional warranty. I wanted to install it at my nashik residence. When eureka forbes technician akhilesh called me for installation at navi mumbai on 17th october 2017, i told him that i want to install it at nashik residence on 31st october 2017. He accepted that and asked me to send nashik address on his whatsapp account [protected]. I sent him nashik address immediately. After that i wrote an email to eureka forbes customer care on 29th october 2017. After that i made several calls and also written mails, however, till date no installation is done by eureka forbes.
This is cheating with customers. I had to spend daily rs. 200 on bottled water since 31st october 2017 in addition to frustration. Was this information helpful? |
