I have placed a service request to the customer care executive over phone and they have arrange the local representative from aqua bio care (Erode). The service representative has addressed the complaint after 1 week and replaced the ro kit & assured 1 year warranty for the same but after 10 - 15 days the ro has failed to process inlet water and the same has been complained to both the representative & customer care executive before 2 weeks, till now no one has neither attended the complaint nor gave any proper response for it. The representative named vinoth never attended the call after replacement of the kit.
We as a consumer purchase branded products expecting good service, but it is not even upto the fair service.

After repeated calls and followups, service person has attended the complaint and issue is resolved. However, i am not satisfied with the service related issues and will not advice others to prefer this product.
