I have registered complain with Eureka Forbes on 6th June 2021 for the product "Aquagaurd Enhance RO+UV+UF" and its 11th June 2021 today, still i am unaware of any update as to by when faulty spare part (PCB) would be replaced. My product is under AMC and as per company PCB replacement is covered under AMC. This is the only source of drinking water in the house and for last 5 days i am procuring the water from outside. This is more of an agony where customer is not provided with the service timely and he is left with no updates. Its disheartening and unexpected from a company of this repute.
My complain no is [protected] dated 6th June 2021. Everytime when i speak to customer care, i am told that my complaint is escalated or a reminder is issued, however nobody gives an update on timelines or issuance of spare part.
With this platform i hope if i can get some updates and timely resolution to my complain instead of escalation or reminder commitment. Was this information helpful? |
