[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard enhance uv+uf water purifier

I am registering complaint on behalf of my mother (Neelam chaurasia, bill no. Pos/gn/01095) who had purchased aquaguard uv +uf on 1/5/19 from vee plastoline, lucknow. At the time of purchase seller didn't told my mother that it is not ro water purifier. Seller didn't allow her to taste water when asked it. Trusting on brand she purchased it. After installation when she tasted water purified from purifier she was quite disappointed as it taste more like tap water. She complained it to seller to get ro in purifier but no resonable response she got from there.. In youtube videos it is shown aquaguard enhance comes with ro+uv+uf which is all fake..
