[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Enhance - worst service | |||||
In short and simple words, would like to pass one massage to all my friends. Pls dont dare to think of buying a eureka forbes product as worst service ever i have seen after sale of the product. Even local RO company will give more service and save money as well. facing issue with in the 15 days of purchasing the same. logged 3 request thru online mode and telephonic mode but no action was taken on any single request. escalated till fourth level i.e. last level. but still they are sleeping. that too in metro cities. what would be the scene in case of remote locations. now looking forward for legal consultation for filling a case in consumer court as i don't have any choice other than this. and i will not let the company to eat my hard earned money.
