I am extremely disappointed with the way i have been treated by eureka forbes service team and would strongly suggest for any new customer to not buy products from them. Their service levels have significantly deteriorated with no intent to resolve issues, they promise service or call back and donot do so. They make customers wait for over 30 mins on a customer service call when you try and escalate. Appalled with the service levels and how the company is still surviving Was this information helpful? | |||
