Sr:[protected] was raised on 29-may-2019 for aquaguard geneus ro water purifier not working by calling the customer care [protected], the product is under amc. Called the customer care on regular intervals for days to arrange technician, the technician is not arranged. The customer care executive is careless and says that he is escalating the issue to higher authority and cannot do any thing apart from escalation. As eureka forbes has failed their own sla, they should and must return the amc money as they failed to provide service and consider this case as fraud.
