Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard i-nova front cover replacement | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have Aquaguard i-nova water purifier at my home which is under AMC. It's on-off switch Button which is on front panel of machine has become loose and not working properly. Once water was not coming from purifier even after starting Aquaguard. Technician from Eureca Forbes had come in the month of January. He temporarily fixed button using cello tape. He told me that threads for fitting switch button sub-assembly on front cover of machine are worn out, so front cover needs to be replaced for permanent solution of the problem. He asked me to call Aqua Guard customer care and log a request for replacement of front cover. I logged request number 79967027 on 22nd January 2015. No one from Eureka Forbes came to replace front cover, so I created another request 80361326 on 22nd Feb 2015. Yet no one from Eureka Forbes has come to replace front cover of my i-nova. This is very bed experience. Eureka Forbes takes AMC money from customers like me, but not solving customer's problem even after multiple requests.
