Our customer id is [protected]. We had purchased aquaguard invisipure ro sac code 8421 vide invoice no[protected] dt 12/7/18. With great difficulty someone came to do the quarterly maintenance work only in dec 18 ie after 5 months. Once again i received sms from eureka on 24th march that technician will visit for mandatory service. Till date nobody has come. When i speak to them they blame each other and keep tossing it while saying that our house falls in some body else's area. Please resolve the issue and do not make us suffer.
