I have purchased the aqua guard from the sales executives who had come home and started calling us after the demo continuously agreed to it and purchased aqua guard and also vacuum cleaner, the issue is with the aqua guard i had an similar issue a couple of months back the water doesnt store and the out flow is too much so i raised a complaint and the person came and told the purifier is gone and replaced it ever since then it worked properly for a month and now i have the same issue i had called the customer care on 18-may-2016 and raised a complaint (Complaint #[protected] they told me that with in 24 hours the person will come and rectify the issue, there was no response from your end and then i called the customer care again on 21-may-2016 the lady who picked the call said she will send the senior person on the same day or the next day with in 12pm i, e. On sunday 22-may-2016, nothing happened i called the customer care no response then i called in today 23-may-2016 first lady picked the call and disconnected the call, again i called back the person called sanketh picked the call i gave him the ticket # he said he will check put me on hold and after 2 mins disconnected the call ever since then i am not able to get connected to the customer care center. I have spent around 600rs to buy water cans till date Firstly train your people to have manners while talking to customers and to give false promises just to get rid of the call and also have some ethics.
