Aquaguard magna ro installed in apri 2016 became faulty on 17 aug 2016. I lodged a complaint (No.[protected]. Technician came next day (18th), inspected and said the pcb was faulty. He came again on saturday (20th), checked with his boss and said pcb was not available with his office but by monday (22nd aug) the machine will be repaired. I spoke to customer executive on monday 22nd and accordingly another technician came this morning (24 aug) and said the same thing - the pcb is faulty. No assurance of repairs has been given. I made the complaint re magna ro on the 24 aug. till 10.50 hrs this morning no response from eureka forbes. talked to the customer care executive again and she said the technician would come today. but no definite assurance of rectification
