[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Magna stop working (and is in under warranty) | |||
Purchase on 5th Feb 2016 1) The Unit stop working on 14th-Sept-2016 (no power), i logged a complaint on same day and engineer visited and told that 2 parts are not working. It seems that they know PCB is always faulty. Engineer says that power adopter and PCB is faulty and left for the day. I down know how he diagnose the issue. 2) Next day 15th-Sept-2016, they part will arrive two evening but no response. 3) Next day 16th-Sept-2016, same reply. Then i asked for the Standby unit. Engineer came and bypass some circuit and with same adopter it starts working. The engineer did some arrangement to make the unit work. Now the unit is now working properly, the water in the tank gets overflows, unit is not properly reassembled. And till now no response from service center. Also they are saying that the part won't cover under warranty. What should i do?? Was this information helpful? | |||

It's been three weeks of my complaint about the leakage of the tap and cleaning the filter but have not get any service till yet. I have AMC with eureka forbs.
