Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard NRICH is not working from 15 Dec 2020

Hi,

I am Ramasubramanian, who has logged the AQUAGUARD NRICH Complaint that, since it is NOT WORKING. When I checked with the Eureka Forbes Chennai service manager, he is telling we have already placed order for the spare parts, it will take another 4 to 5 days of time. Could you please ask him to pressurize the vendor to deliver the indent at the earliest. Since we are dependent on AQUAGUARD, we don't have any alternative for getting water. Please ask him to rectify the machine as early as possible. Please find the below mentioned details for the same.

Note:. We don't want Vignesh technician to repair the machine. Please ask him to send any other good technician, who is technically capable of resolving the issue.
