We raised a complaint on March 1 saying our Aquaguard is not wokring. For 5 days no technician visited us and the complaint was automatically closed by the company stating the issue is resolved. On March 5 we again raised a complaint saying no one has visited, technician that is generally assigned to my area said he is in his village. Till today 12th March, our issue still stands unresolved with no technician visiting us. Since past 12 days we have been drinking tap water. On calling customer care, they just make us wait on hold for 1 hour and say we ll do. Very disappointed by the service
