[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard - pathetic service - issue still not resolved | |||
We have a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro-uv. You very well know the price of this model and sadly it hasn't even worked properly for even 2 years since it has been bought!!! - even after paying regular amcs. The machine has not been able to collect and store water and it keeps displaying the phone symbol. 2-3 times complaints have been raised. Your salesmen (Because they are not technician - 0 technical knowledge!!!) is everytime baffled and doesn't know how to fix the machine!! Everytime he either changes the iron filters or the candles etc etc. But the issue still persists!! Totally guess work!!! The machine has been lying like a useless box since a month!!! The same salesman took the amount of the amc a month before it actually expired. But, when servicing the machine - 0 knowledge!!! Request you to send a more technically strong person to resolve the issue. And if you can't, please pay us back our amc charges and take your dumb machine back!!! If your product doesn't even work for 2 years after regular servicing, then your products need to be banned from the market!!! And none of their email ids work!!! Tried mailing to all the addresses available online - no use!!! Expecting a quick resolution!! Or this will be escalated very badly!! Was this information helpful? | |||
