Issues Faced-
1. From the very first day TDS is 100
2. Within 3 months 2 times filter changed
3. 10th month - malfunctioning of pump reported and was changed only after several request that too after a long time
4. On 12th month external filter was provided, but within next 3 months membrane also changed. And in the span of next 6 months membrane has been changed thrice.
We spent around Rs.6000 for the above.
5. Now TDS was above 200, once again they are asking to change membrane and pump
6. Machine was dismantled on 26/9/14 and they didn’t even bother to come and reassemble it
Kindly provide a solution for this.
