Hello Complaints Team I am Kranthi. I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV in June 2015 and it had worked for 6 months without any hassles. However, since January 2016, I am facing problems such as drain water chocked, it takes too long(3 hours) to fill the tank once, makes unusual noise while filling. Each time I raise a complaint, the service boy promptly comes the next day and fixes the current issue(any of the above mentioned) and leaves. But the next day, another issue crops up, and this has been the routine for the past 2 months. Ironically, the service boy doesn't even turn up of late if after raising several complaints.
