Dear sir, i am having a aquaguard ro, (Which is under one year service guaranty)
Which is due for service because of its filter blockade {may be}, there s no water coming through ro from last few days. I called a local (Gurgaon) customer care number ([protected]) (As on 10/10/2017), where i was assured a technician visit by same day. And i was told to wait for the same. But no one came. And next day (12/10/2017) i received a call from another number ([protected]) to confirm the address for technical visit. Again no one came,
Today i called the same number ([protected]) and i was told that service has been done and complaint has been resolved. This was again a big surprise and shocking for me that it has been resolved and i m not aware of same.
So after calling too many times i got connected again with ([protected]) and the lady on call misbehaved me telephonic-ally, and denied service and said they have no time to tackle the customers asking for free service (Warranty) where there is no spare parts replacement or so. Above said all matter i also informed at aquguard's central customer care helpline too.
