Hi, i am using aquaguard ro uv geneus water purifier since 2015. I logged a service request on 6th june 2020 as service button is blinking. I am holding amc that covers free service and filters replacement. However i got a call from technician that amc covers only free service but not filters replacement. As part of amc i paid 5800 rs annual fee. Service cost per request is 480 rs. Till now i didnt get the resolution from eureka forbes. Tired calling the customer call and fed up with their stories Was this information helpful? | |
